When I hired Nan Levitt to sell my house, it was complicated by the fact that she was friends with both my ex-husband and myself and we were going through a nasty divorce. But I always felt that at all times Nan was extremely fair to both of us and very professional.
I was impressed with the fact that Nan was able to have the 'hard' conversations with us about getting our house ready for the market - we needed a lot of work. I mean, we were friends - and it speaks to Nan's professional capabilities. She was able to maintain relationships with us as both friends and clients.
Just before the sale, we ran into a snag with moving, and Nan was there with her sleeves rolled up ... making sure that things went smoothly right to the last gong.
